Hampton Roads Transit aims to offer reliable and efficient transportation services and facilities to the Hampton Roads community. Workplace Solutions furnished a turnkey solution FF & E package for the new 196,220 square foot complex that is registered with the USGBC and achieved LEED Gold Certification. The scope of work included a 10,000 SF green roof system with rain collection for irrigation. Allsteel Beyond demountable glass walls, systems furniture, desking private offices, executive boardroom, and more.

The Trible Library is the intellectual center of Christopher Newport University. The library is used for students to develop research skills and support the scholarly and personal growth essential to the study of the liberal arts and sciences. Workplace Solutions provided unique lighting solutions bearing an elegant aesthetic to match the beauty of the building's architecture and interior design.

Priority Automotive has over a dozen dealership locations throughout Virginia. Workplace Solutions provided design services, furnishings, demountable walls, artwork, and interior finish selections. They have been a long-term partner for 10 years.

The center features indoor basketball and volleyball hard courts and can be tailored for other sports like wrestling, gymnastics, cheerleading, futsal, convocation, and commencement events. The center has two cafe and concession areas and is located in Liberty Park, just outside Memphis’ Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. The facility spans over 227,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 3,500 spectators and has four VIP suites. Workplace Solutions partnered with the City of Memphis and Eastern Sports Management to furnish this modern facility. It has dining areas that can accommodate up to 400 people, team offices, and multipurpose rooms.

Memphis Sports & Events Center

The Virginia Beach Housing Resource Center is a comprehensive service center that provides support to families and individuals who are experiencing homelessness or are in a housing crisis. SB Ballard Construction Company selected Workplace as their FF&E partner with a million dollar contract for the new Housing Resource Center in Virginia Beach. We collaborated with the architectural and design firm to finalize all product details, select fabrics and finishes, and provide three floors of meeting spaces, offices, resident room furniture and more. We managed over 80 purchase orders and worked closely with the general contractor to monitor schedule changes and ensure that the FF&E was completed to meet critical deadlines.

Virginia Beach Housing Resource Center

Workplace Solutions was selected as a furniture solutions partner for the Virginia Beach Sports Center, beating out four local competitors. Rather than simply a procurement vendor, Eastern Sports Management (EMS) were looking for a long-term partner, and Workplace Solutions fit the bill. We worked closely with EMS management to create a comprehensive FF&E package that catered to the needs of the facility's staff, patrons, and athletes. We carefully selected a color scheme and products that would be suitable for future facilities, including the one in Memphis. One of our main tasks was to develop standards for ESM, in order to streamline the design process and maintain brand recognition across all ESM facilities nationwide. Our areas of work included the suites, executive offices, team offices, dining area for 400, public spaces, reception, and ticket sales areas.

Virginia Beach Sports Center

Workplace collaborated closely with Moseley Architects to create a comprehensive FF&E package that aligned with their vision for the expansion of ODU's School of Cybersecurity Facilities in Monarch Hall. The Cyber Innovation Park's expansion includes versatile furniture for the cybersecurity commons, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and office areas. Being a part of the project team from the beginning helped keep the project on track and run smoothly, even during a global pandemic.

Old Dominion University Cybersecurity Facility

Grove Baptist Church's Marriner Center is a spacious facility spanning over 23,000 square feet. The interior finishes and furnishings were carefully selected to provide state-of-the-art classrooms equipped with the latest technology, including smart boards, computers, and iPads. The center also features a library, full gymnasium equipment, special event space furnishings, an internet café, counseling center, and an executive board room. The Family Life Center is a two-story building that has been completely furnished. It comprises a daycare, a large gym, a commercial kitchen, and an internet café on the first floor. The second floor houses an executive lounge, an executive conference room, seven classrooms, and a counseling wing with three additional offices.

City of Virginia Beach New City Hall

Workplace Solutions was selected to handle the FF&E procurement for the renovation of Westminster Canterbury's HOY Center. The project involved coordinating over 100 purchase orders, which included new furniture for resident rooms, lounge/dayroom furniture, private office furniture, and seating. Our team provided onsite project management, and worked efficiently to execute the 7-phase, multi-floor installation. As a result, residents were able to meet their move-in deadline in a timely manner.
